How It Works

  1. Book Your Free Orientation – 15 minutes in a private room to ensure your dog is comfortable, plus an introduction to our mentor dogs.

  2. School Interview – A 3-hour visit with your dog only and our senior trainers to assess behaviour, social skills, and comfort levels.

  3. Start the Program – Join your intake and watch your dog’s skills and confidence grow.

The Fine Print

  • Orientation (complimentary) and School Interview ($50+gst) required before starting.

  • If your dog shows fear, reactivity, or trouble settling, we’ll recommend another program better suited to their needs.

  • No refunds for processed payments; unused fees may be applied to other services in special circumstances.

  • No make-up days outside the program term due to strict capacity limits.
