Founding Member FAQs

Q. What if I'm going on vacation during my membership?
For shorter trips, your membership continues as normal but we'll happily set you up with make-up days in the 30 days surrounding your trip, based on availability. For longer absences of 4 to 12 weeks, just let us know in advance and we'll extend your membership end date to match, once per membership term.
Q. Is the Charter Member pass for one dog or multiple?
Charter Member covers one dog per pass. If you have a second dog you'd like to enrol, they can join at a discounted rate of $995 for the year. Please note that your two dogs won't be able to attend the same class together.
Q. What happens if Dogma's membership rate changes in the future?
If you're a Member for Life, your rate is locked in for good - no matter what happens to pricing down the road. That's the whole point of the lifetime option.And we've got big plans ahead for our membership!
Q. Can I upgrade from one tier to another later?
Yes, within 30 days of your original purchase, you can upgrade to a higher tier and we'll simply apply your original payment toward the new price.
Q. Is this offer available to new clients, or only existing ones?
Both. Whether you've been with Dogma for years or you're just getting started, all three tiers are open to everyone until July 31, 2026. Members have exclusive access before it goes public on June 30th.
Q. What exactly am I saving compared to paying as I go?

Q. Is this refundable?
All memberships are prepaid and non-refundable, which is part of how we're able to offer this kind of value. If your circumstances change significantly, reach out as we'll always work with you in good faith.
Q. What happens once spots sell out?
Charter and Founding Member spots are capped at 20 each. Once they're sold, the offer is no longer available, so we'd encourage you not to wait if you know this is right for your dog.
