Safe conditions and situations build your dog’s confidence faster

All Services

  • Fully vaccinated; first round for puppies. Titers accepted.

  • All fees are non-refundable.  Funds that are transferred to other services or put on hold will expire after 3 months from the date of the transfer or hold request.

  • Registration required.

  • Active membership required to attend in-person group classes, private training programs and/or day school.


  • The membership is non-transferable.

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Content, including handouts, videos and any materials produced by Dogma cannot be shared, printed or distributed without written consent by Megan Stanley, Founder & President of Dogma.

Day School 

  • Reservations are required for dogs to attend day school.

  • Must be spayed/neutered if over the age of 7 months, unless an exception has been made from the Location Manager or Head of Behaviour & Education.

  • Complete the online history questionnaire.

  • Your dog must successfully complete an assessment with one of our certified trainers.

  • 12 hours notice of cancelation is required for day school reservations and 24 hours notice for day school assessments. If proper notice is not given, you will be charged or a pass will be deducted for the missed day.
  • All packages expire 3 months after purchase.

  • Minimum once/week regular bookings are required (excludes holidays) for day school and twice weekly for KinderPups

Group Classes

  • Payment required in full to secure your spot. Registration is on a first-come, first serve basis.

  • Fees are non-refundable.

  • A minimum 5 class pass packages is required to start classes.

  • All group class passes expire 2 months after purchase.

  • 8-hour notice is required to cancel or you forfeit a full class fee.

  • Puppy classes are for dogs up to the age of 5 months and all other classes are for dogs over the age of 5 months.
  • People and dog friendly dogs only. (If your dog is reactive or has aggression concerns toward people or dogs our course for reactive dogs are your best option). 

Reactive UrbanK9 In-Person Classes

  • Dogs who demonstrate both fear and reactivity may require attendance at both the Confidence and Focus Reactive urbanK9 Foundations classes.

  • For the safety of your dog and the other dogs and students, if your dog has caused damage to a person or another dog, a 1 hour private consultation will be required before attending group classes.

Private Training

  • Full payment must be made at the time of booking for all private training sessions.

  • Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will mean you forfeit the full session cost.
