Training bundle fees are non-refundable.

Sessions are booked while your dog is at day school.

If you need to miss a booking, and give notice, we can double up on another reservation. 

All training must be done before the holidays.Sessions that are cancelled without notice for rescheduling or cannot be completed before the holidays, will be considered forfeited.
