To ensure the safety of our guests, all dogs must have a completed application form as well as attended a pre-screening interview.

Age: All dogs must be 12 weeks of age and older.

Sex: All dogs must be spayed or neutered by seven months of age.

Immunizations: All pets must have up-to-date vaccinations. Owners must submit written proof that their pet received DHLPP, Rabies and Bordatella vaccinations within the past 7 days to 11 months. Specifically, the vaccines required are Distemper, Hepatitis, Parafinfluenze, Parvovirus and Bordatella. These immunizations are commonly referred to as DHLPP, 5-in-1, or 6-in-1. The Bordatella nasal spray may have been given as a separate immunization. Dogs require a veterinary prescribed flea/tick treatment every 30 days ie: Advantage Multi, Revolution 

Health: All pets must be in good health. Owners will need to certify that their pet(s) are in good health and have not been ill in the past 30 days. On admissions, all pets must be free from any condition, which could potentially jeopardize other guests. Pets that have been ill with a communicable condition i.e.: kennel cough, in the last 30 days require a veterinarian certification of health to be admitted or re-admitted. Dogs that have contracted kennel cough must stay out of daycare for 2 weeks. Any dog that has been spayed or neutered requires a rest period of 14 days before being admitted or re-admitted.

Behaviour: All pets must be non-aggressive and not food or toy protective. Owners will need to certify that their pet(s) have not harmed or shown any aggressive or threatening behaviour towards any person or any other animal.

Application: All pets must have a complete, up-to-date and approved application on file.
