"I don't know that we've said this to you, but you truly do have a gift for working not only with these 'problem dogs' but also with their owners. Had it not been for you we probably would have ended up putting Katy down after that first bite, as we would have thought that the only option. Almost everyone else we talked to last week said to put her down, even going so far as to say she's 'mentally ill' and that a dog like this should be put down immediately. So we just want to say a huge thanks! and that you do great GREAT work and the world is better for having you in it... "

"We've attended three dog obedience classes with Dogma (puppy, basic obedience and next steps) and enjoyed each of them immensely. As "proud parents", we didn't realize the lessons would be more about training us than training our dog Diva! She flourished in each course and loved the chance to hang out with some other new dogs. In each class we saw a real improvement in her socialization, confidence and overall obedience. More than that, each class was really our chance for us to bond with her! Megan is an exceptional instructor and we will definitely keep going to her with any issues that may arise with Diva."

"In addition to instructing dog obedience classes for the Society, Megan has also provided training for shelter staff in the area of dog assessments.   Megan is very knowledgeable in her field.  We have called on her for advice on dog behavior in a number of special cases at the shelter.
Megan has been wonderful to work with.  She is very reliable and always represents the Society in a professional manner.  She is a fun and positive trainer who has a great rapport with both her human and canine students.  We have received wonderful feedback from clients who have attended Megan’s classes and have enjoyed her compassionate and positive training methods.
We have enjoyed working with Megan and would highly recommend her as a professional, positive & well-qualified trainer. "

"Megan was excellent - very fun & knowledgeable. With lots of practical advice and suggestions for a positive training experience."

"All the 'extracurricular' hints helped - also the nice controlled atmosphere with the other dogs. Seamus looked forward to the class! Tail started wagging at the crosswalk. Megan is a gifted teacher and canine behaviour specialist."

"We have included training as part of our adoption fees for our puppies or dogs because we believe that with proper training, the Animal Rescue Foundation will have fewer dogs returned to us because of behavioral and/or obedience problems.  We have chosen Dogma Training and Pet Services to deliver that training as Megan employs positive reinforcement and rewards as part of the training process, which we believe to be the best training methods available."

"Just to let you know...Hailey has been adopted by Lina officially as of Friday. I cannot thank you enough for your help that was so crucial to Hailey and Lina. You were a miracle for that little dog and she is so much happier and less stressed in such a small amount of time that it brought a tear to my eye."
